Product Description

  • Sold as an 8-bone rack with trim included.
  • Minimum weight is 700g.
  • The rack is the best cut off the lamb animal and is very tender.
  • Each 8-bone rack is French trimmed and chined (where the bone at the base is sawn through to the edge of the eye meat).
  • This aids in better cooking results due to the eye meat being protected.
  • The chine bone can then be removed easily before serving.
  • The removed trim and chine bone can then be used to make a delicious stock.
