Product Description

  • Sold as an 8-bone rack with trim and chine bone removed but included.
  • Minimum weight is 700g.
  • The rack is the best cut off the lamb animal and is very tender.
  • Each 8-bone rack is French trimmed and chine removed completely (the bone at the base of the eye meat is sawn through and removed).
  • This creates a quicker cooking time and less hassle when carving.
  • The removed trim and chine bone can then be used to make a delicious stock.
